ReportGen AI is committed to making reportgenai.tech and the Workspace usable by people with diverse abilities. We follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target standard and improve continuously based on feedback and audits.
Our commitment
We design for keyboard navigation, screen readers, sufficient color contrast, readable typography, and responsive layouts on phones and tablets. Marketing pages and the dashboard workspace both receive accessibility attention as we ship updates.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
main, nav, headings hierarchy) - Visible focus states and keyboard-operable controls
- Alternative text on key images and icons where meaningful
- Mobile-friendly layouts with touch targets sized for common devices
- Reduced-motion respect via CSS media queries where animations are used
- Form labels and error messaging on contact and account flows
Known limitations
Complex data visualizations (charts, dense dashboards) may not convey all information to screen-reader users in full detail. Exported PDFs reflect visual layout and may require supplemental data tables for full accessibility. We are working on improved chart descriptions and export options.
Third-party content
Payment flows (Razorpay), analytics (Google Analytics 4 with consent), and optional AI providers (OpenAI, Groq) are governed by their own accessibility statements. We choose partners with strong accessibility programs where possible.
Conformance status
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA for public marketing pages. The Workspace is partially conformant; some advanced builder interactions are being improved. This statement applies to reportgenai.tech as of the date above.
