The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (Google Analytics, OpenAI, Groq, Razorpay, hosting providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPORTGEN AI AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR AI OUTPUTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
